As a former competitive freeride skier and current skier, mountain biker, and hiker, I have combined my experience from training and competing in outdoor sports with my knowledge from my degree in exercise science to help mountain sports athletes train for their sports. From competitors to weekend warriors, strength and conditioning is a vital part of the experience.

I help people learn how to implement proper strength training through their sports seasons instead of training from ground zero for each sport as it comes. With the ability to design strength training around each individual’s schedule, FlowZone athletes can increase performance and longevity in their sports.
