Fz Mountain Fit - Membership

The FlowZone membership program is for the everyday mountain adventurer. Built around the seasons, you will feel prepared for skiing as the snow falls and biking, hiking, and trail running as the mud dries. With 3 days of training each week consisting of pure strength and conditioning designed for performance, you can truly enter your FlowZone.

Custom training plans are available for athletes who are more experienced in the gym, know how to follow a program, and may want more than 3 days of programming or need to customize their program to prepare for a competition season or trip. NOTE: This is not available for everyone. Reach out to see if it is a good fit for you.

Take the guesswork out of your training

Stop training during the pre season and start training through your seasons with the FlowZone Membership Program. With 3 days of strength and conditioning designed specifically for mountain sports athletes, you can optimize your training. Focus on gaining strength during the Fall and Spring months while focusing on developing power and maintaining your strength during peak summer and winter months. With strength, conditioning, and mobility all built into one program you can stop worrying about what works and just have fun in the mountains.

  • 1:1 Online coaching and programming starts when you apply. You can apply via the form linked here. After applying, I will reach out to talk more about your goals. If it is a good fit, I will send you the info to get signed up. We will start with a mobility and movement assessment that you can complete at home. You will then receive your custom workouts that you can log in the app and the coaching process begins. Take as many videos as you please for online video technique analysis and chat with me about how it is going.

  • That is okay. I recommend that people with no gym experience start with 1:1 coaching and programming for at least at 3 months. This is an investment in your training longevity as it gives you enough time to work with me developing proper technique and movement patterns so you can optimize all your workouts for years to come.

    After you have developed an understanding of most movements, you can have the option to move onto my programming only option or into the FlowZone membership program.

  • All workouts are accessed via the free app. As soon as you sign up for a program, you will be directed to download the app and activate your package.

  • 1:1 coaching and programming with Coach Jess costs 250 per month.

    Custom programming might be available depending on your needs. Prices vary. Talk to Coach Jess!

  • You will have access to a resource collection where a lot of questions about intensity and progression can be answered. If you have questions about technique, you have the option to chat over the app with coach Jess to ask specific questions and get minimal feedback.

  • For the FZ membership program you do need access to a full gym including…

    • Dumbbells

    • Barbell

    • Kettlebells

    • Boxes

    • Squat Rack

    • Cardio machines

  • The FZ membership program requires some gym experience. While there are videos of every exercise included, it is important that you feel comfortable with most gym movements and have a general understanding of how to progress them with instruction.

    Movements included in the program are…

    • Squats

    • Deadlifts

    • Barbell Pressing

    • Rows

    • Bench

    Other movements you will see include…

    • lunging, split squats, side lunges, cossack squats, etc.

    • Single arm movements

    • Single leg hinging and squatting movements

    • Speed work with weight, meaning moving lighter weights at various speeds to target different training adaptations.
