12 Weeks to the Peaks is back and better for the coming ski season.

With freshly designed programming and a new approach to training for for the ski and ride season, you will join Coach Jess and the rest of the 12WTTPs community for a 3 month progressive training program designed to get you strong, stable, and confident for the coming winter season.

No more searching “How to train for ski season” on November 1st after realizing your home mountain will be open in just a few short weeks. Take the guesswork out of training for the ski and ride season and join the community to get educational tips and bite size tricks to help make winter sports feel as fun as possible all season.

Don’t let another ski and ride season start when your home mountain opens. Start training with us this season on October 7th and head into peak season feeling better than ever. Join the waitlist for the most up to date info and to make sure you sign up when it opens as spots will be limited.

  • 12 WTTPs is for both skiers and riders to progress and train for the season. C

  • No problem. You can rearrange each workout to make it fit your schedule. As long as you get all 3 workouts each week, you will have the same experience as everyone else.

  • No worries. There will be videos of every single movement in the program as well as a step by step description. You will also have a weekly check in where you can express any issues and send in videos for form review.

  • Yes. To complete 12 WTTPs you will need access to a gym with...

    • dumbbells

    • kettlebells

    • squat rack

    • bench

    • barbell

    • bench

    • box

    • bands

    • some sort of cardio option (easily swapped)

  • Stay in FZ Mountain Fit! The programming will be similar, especially with the second two months of 12WTTPs. 12WTTPs is designed for beginners to learn movements and progress through the program while FZ Mountain Fit programming is for the intermediate lifter.

  • If you are coming back from an injury this season, I am so glad you are here. Depending on where you are in recovery, 1:1 coaching is most likely a better option. Apply here.
