Lily : Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Lily, the founder of Petal and Pine Therapy, where I support people in finding balance, connection, and growth in their personal journeys. My passion for therapy stems from a deep belief in the power of being seen and understood. While our paths are uniquely our own, we are not meant to walk them alone.
I hold a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from Colorado State University. My work centers on helping others embrace their strengths, foster meaningful relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
Outside of work, I feel most alive in nature—whether running trails, exploring the mountains with my partner and our dog, Nokhu, or simply enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. I also love reading, cooking, and spending time with my family. I am a firm believer in the restorative power of a life balanced between adventure, connection, and stillness.
I’m excited to join you in this workshop as we explore the outdoors, connect with each other, and embrace the strength and inspiration that comes from nature.
Jess: Your Strength coach
Hi, I’m Jess, the founder of FlowZone Performance Coaching, where I help outdoorsy people build strength, resilience, and confidence to thrive in both their adventures and their everyday lives. My coaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the idea that movement, connection, and preparation can be powerful tools for building not just physical strength, but mental and emotional wellbeing too.
I’ve faced my own struggles with anxiety and depression, and for a long time, I used mountain sports as a way to escape those feelings. Over time, I learned to shift from using the outdoors as a distraction to embracing it as a source of true healing and balance. Now, I have a healthier relationship with the mountains—and myself—and I’m passionate about helping others find that same balance.
I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. My specialty lies in designing programs that help people prepare for the adventures they love while building resilience to navigate life’s challenges with strength and purpose.
Outside of coaching, you’ll find me skiing backcountry lines, running trails, or exploring with my two huskies, Shasta and Glade. I believe the outdoors can be a place for growth, connection, and joy, and I’m excited to share that space with you during Summit Strong. Let’s build strength together—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and leave inspired to tackle whatever lies ahead.
